Please bring the following items to City Hall and the office staff will be happy to submit the building permit application for you.

1. Two sets structural plans

2. Site Plan – showing the dimensions of the property; placement of all buildings on the property; & relationship of the buildings to the property lines.

3. Dimensions of all buildings on the property including the new construction.

Cashmere contracts with a private party for plan review.  Your application will be forwarded after a zoning review is completed by Cashmere staff.  The turnaround time for building permits is usually about 1 week after a complete application and required materials are received.
